To feed any IDS valve, choose from our dispensing syringes, (to feed thin to medium materials in very small shots) our single cartridges, (for medium to thicker materials in smaller shots or beads) or for large volume capacity, order one of our reservoirs (for thin to medium materials) or one of our pail dispenser units, for thicker materials.

The stainless steel pressure tank assembly has a fully removable lid allowing material to be poured into the tank or have an entire 5 gallon bucket placed inside.

A disposable polyethylene liner can be used.

The 10 Gallon Reservoir features quick connect fittings and shutoff valves on the air inlet and fluid outlet, and can be fitted with a five gallon step-up for a pail, allowing easy use and clean up.
 

If you are setting up in an area without air, consider our portable air source, the Silent Benchtop Compressor. It will generally satisfy the needs of a small benchtop dispenser and 1 liter or 1 pound pressure pot. Consult us for larger compressors if you need a bigger tank.

With the air supply feed set on low, and the material feed line connected from the pressure pot to the valve, the air lines from the controller to the valve secure, set the controller switch to manual and recheck the connections.

Slowly bring up the pressure as you experiment with the controller in manual mode before using time/pressure settings. When you are satisfied the air and feed lines are secured properly, fit the syringe or valve to the adapter head or valve line and begin dispensing.
