The IntelliSpense High Volume Digital Syringe Dispenser, although
slightly more expensive, offers a strong exhaust fan, which leads to
quick evacuation of air and greater accuracy. It also features solid
all-steel construction and an easy to read digital display to help
improve on the repeatability and is an excellent valve controller as
well.

Theory of Operation
The High Volume Digital Syringe Dispenser is a pneumatically and
electrically operated benchtop controller used for dispensing fluids
directly from a syringe
or any of our
cartridge dispensers that range from
manual to semi-automated
workstations. This dispenser features adjustable material
pressure (moving the material forward, down the barrel of the syringe)
and vacuum pull-back for a clean material cut-off (by pulling back on
the material in the syringe). The High Volume Digital Syringe Dispenser
has three different modes of operation: Manual, Automatic, or Teach for maximum
control over dispense volumes.
The High Volume Digital Syringe Dispenser can be set to operate
using 110 or 220 Vac. This input voltage can be changed externally to
the controller within the power module. Before connecting power to the
unit, check the input voltage setting on the power module to be sure it
has been set to the proper voltage.
